I found this hotel to have a mixed experience. The rooms offer a mountain view but come with a tired decoration and varying quality. The service had its ups and downs with a contrast between staff understanding my request and the unpleasant manner of some employees. The location is convenient within walking distance from the city center, but the interior needs an update in various areas. On the bright side, the hotel is right in the center of Tzfat. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited to fried fish. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were decent.
